Matt is looking to help motivate individuals no matter what fitness level they are. He can add exercises to help with your needs. His main aim is to encourage fitness to as many people as possible.

Matts training styles are hard and challenging no matter what level of fitness you are, Matt knows how to push people to their limits with minimal equipment and does not give sympathy but does empathise and encourage to get the maximum out of people

history

EX Army Physical Training Instructor of 15 years service within the Parachute Regiment and also along side an Elite Bomb Disposal Unit. Matt played rugby union & league for the Army during his career. Having done tours of Iraq and Afghanistan Matt now suffers with a brain injury that causes him to forgot, as well as suffering with PTSD after being injured on operations.

Matt may have these expriences and thrives off helping others succeed through physical activity. He has worked with a lot of people with disabilities in his time, as this is something that he`s passionate about. Matt has trained people who have come back from operational tours with life training injuries and helped Fijian Friend Derek Derenalagi with being selected for the London 2012 Olympics.
