My style of training is
She started to turn her attention more to weight training and learning the effects that weightlifting has on the body. She trained to compete in a female physique competition, pushing herself hard with her training and being under a strict controlled diet. She decided that after watching competitions herself that stepping on stage wasn’t for her. She stuck with her weight training and likes to push herself hard to achieve results. Lorraine is looking to help individuals achieve their goals. With her personality she offers help and encouragement to get you where you want to be.
